  • Volunteers: Personal identification, background checks (DBS), and availability.
  • Service Users (Homeless Individuals): Health, housing, and social care information required to provide accurate support under our Assessing Needs Policy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data on relevant lawful grounds as permitted by the UK GDPR. Your information may be used to:

  • Process your donations or claim Gift Aid.
  • Provide you with updates on our charity work and how your support is helping 36 individuals transition from the streets to our shelter this year.
  • Manage our volunteers and assess the specific needs of our service users.
  • Maintain our own accounts and administrative records.
